Cheap Turnkey Houses Website

This project started off as most projects do: a friend of mine from college got in touch with me to build a website for her father-in-law's company.  They were looking for a website to display rental properties that they could easily manage and update themselves.  After a few correspondences, it was determined that a modified CMS would do the trick.

I setup a CMS Made Simple system and modified the blog feature so it could be used for displaying properties.  It was a relatively quick and painless procedure for me as a developer and them as non-developers to reach a common ground and get them on their feet and running their own website!
